Covid-19 Policy

Before your appointment
Please read my new T&Cs on my website. Things have changed, and you need to be aware before you make an appointment. Copperrosehairandbeauty@outlook.com
When we make your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email, COVID health form along with relevant treatment consultation forms.
Failing to submit these forms your treatment will not be able to go ahead.
If you answer yes to any of the COVID form questions, please cancel your appointment and booking fee will be transferred to another date.
If you experience any of the COVID questions within my 48-hour cancellation policy your booking fee will be transferred to another appointment.
Your email confirmation will state all the information you need to know.
 
 
Your appointment
Please do not arrive early to your appointment, I will not be able to get you in any earlier as I will be cleaning from the previous client.
When you arrive please wait in your car and come to the Copper Rose door at your appointment time. If you require a mask, I will bring one out to you. If you have your own mask, please apply it while you wait in your car.
You will need to use hand sanitiser when you enter the room.
We will then perform your treatment.
We will make your next appointments as we normally do. I will take the remaining balance of your treatment.
If you need the toilet at any stage, please let me know.

After your appointment
We will be doing deep clean in between each client.

 

General Information
The window may be kept open. I may have a fan in the room to help with ventilation. (depending on the weather)
The door will be closed for privacy.
Please come to your appointment alone.
